The redesigned Eson™ 2 Nasal Mask showcases Fisher & Paykel’s latest developments in CPAP technology. Building on the success of F&P’s original Eson™ mask and its comfort-enhancing RollFit Seal design, the revamped Eson™ 2 benefits from more than 20 design improvements to create a nasal CPAP mask “designed to give you confidence from the very first night.”

RollFit Seal Returns
While the Eson 2 nasal mask features several updates, the original Eson™ mask’s signature RollFit Seal returns. Designed to accommodate a patient’s natural movements during sleep, the RollFit seal allows the Eson™ mask cushion to gently roll back and forth on the bridge of the nose without compromising the mask seal. The RollFit design reduces pressure on the nose, thereby increasing patient comfort and making CPAP therapy more convenient and effective.
VisiBlue Highlights
The Eson™ 2 features the addition of VisiBlue highlights, which identify the critical moving parts of the mask and headgear via blue tint. These visual cues make it easier for patients to fit, assemble and disassemble the Eson™ 2 system. So no more confusion about how to break down your mask for cleaning or to swap out replacement parts, the all-new VisiBlue highlights simplify the entire process.
Washable Diffuser
Fisher & Paykel redesigned the Eson 2 diffuser for improved durability. The diffuser, which reduces noise and exhalation draft, is also washable now, thus eliminating the disposable replacement filters utilized by the first-generation Eson mask.
Intuitive Headgear
The Eson™ 2 headgear incorporates new VisiBlue stretch panels to ensure a secure yet comfortable fit. The revised headgear offers a variety of fitment options, including the convenience of simply pulling the Eson™ 2 mask assembly over their head. Patients can also employ the traditional clip-in method, but the process is enhanced on the Eson™ 2 thanks to improved ergonomics and easy-to-adjust fasteners. The Eson™ 2 headgear comes in two sizes, Small and Medium/Large, which correspond to the mask seal sizes.
Slimmer Frame
Fisher & Paykel updated the Eson™ 2’s Easy Frame as well, slimming down the center spine for a more open forward view. The narrower profile makes for a less intrusive feel, however, the Eson 2 frame still provides a sturdy base. The new Easy Frame is compatible with all Eson™ 2 mask cushion and headgear sizes.
