If you are using our WatchPAT™ One disposable kit, simply download the WatchPAT ONE™ app to your smartphone or tablet and follow the on-screen instructions. It works with any Smartphone (or tablet) that uses Android 5.1 and above, or any iPhone with IOS 10 and above. Place the central sleep apnea sensor on your sternal notch. Place the watch-like device around your wrist. Slip your finger into the probe. Now you can go to sleep. You’ll be contacted by one of our sleep coaches 24 to 48 business hours after you finish your test.
