  • Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs:

  1. Standard shipping is free on all orders and typically take 5-7 business days for delivery.
  2. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We do not ship outside of the United States of America.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking link to stay updated on your shipment’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@isleephst.com within 5 of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Changes to Orders

Need to make a change? Contact us at info@isleephst.com or 1-833-475-3372 as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the address or cancel the shipment.
